St Paul's had a YOGA demonstation today
for their Earth Day Celebration.
Sophia doing her Down Dog, which is in pretty good form.
Ms Sarah and Ms Jen lead the group, Ms Sarah is good at holding that Bridge position.
Charlotte,, Mia, Sophi and Gabby "Four Musketeers" begin their Sun Salutations
and work onto the "Tree Position"
The kids really enjoyed the Yoga, Sophi has been talking about it for the last week.
The teachers liked the RagDoll Position best, because the children are perfectly still lying on their backs being very calm( which was difficult for some)
