Melissa made this beautiful Angel Food cake. dad always made me a AF cake when I lived in VH. Now that I am on WW it is the recommended cake.
Dad would put sprinkles in the batter so that it looked like confetti, even before they developed the boxed version of Confetti Cake.
Now Melissa is starting her own tradition of sprinkles on top.
Anyway it was beautiful and I didn't gain any weight that week.
