Ok, on a whim Paige agreed to another earpiercing. The first one at age 2(?) didn't last.
She was promised a lolipop if there were no tears. What a BRAVE girl! Now all the girls have ears pierced. It took two ladies to do the job, actually they each took an ear and pierced at the same moment. Emma gave her approval, but Paige was anxious for the BOYS to see them. I hope they noticed!
BTW that is a candy necklace around Paige's neck, they did not have candy ear rings to match.
I received this hammock chair from Sandy and Mike after there first stay in Costa Rica. The thought was it would be nice to sit and relax in the sun while I did some reading. The kids soon discovered they could swing using an attached rope, if all of them would pull the rider. 
Dick was here for a long weekend. While here I made sure he took it easy and got plenty of rest.

The children always find something to play with...in this case it is Abby's kennel. I don't understand what the fascination is with the dog's pen, but all the kids kept themselves amused. Only Sydney is content to be on the outside, although it looks like she is she is begging to be let in.
Melissa and Jen enjoyed the Mudslides, and at this point they were able to finally relax and unwind. 
Today I had Annie, her sister GiGi and Sailor come to the pool for a swim. I was happy to have some company since I am missing my angels. coincidentally I discover the girls are all in swim class together, so they were very happy to practice before tomorrow's class.

Emma had her 2nd Show. She is getting very good at this! She received a First in the Obstacle Course(I'm sure they have another name for it in the Horse World), but I thought it was the more complicated of the events.
Paige Graduated and she was so proud! Ms Glenda was also very proud of all of her accomplishments.
The Big Girls (Morgo and Kristine) arrived today and we went straight to the beach. Paige rec'd the first offical "buried in the sand" this summer since the other girls were in school. Sophia declined to go because she was overcome with shyness...which will probably last a day!
Dick's youngest grandchild. Does she look like her Daddy? I''ll cast my vote after I see her in person, which I hope will be soon.
Dick arrived for the Memorial Day Weekend. We went to a Daytona Beach Baseball Game. My Friend Judy and her Grand-daughter Sailor got up on the Dugout to Dance to the "YMCA" with the mascot Cubby.
The Season ended for Paige on Friday. Here she is with Coach Melissa receiving her trophy. They celebrated at Frosty King(one of the parents owns) with Hot Dogs and Ice Cream.
I went to see Tyler play lacrosse and afterwards we went to the Noodle Company. What did he order? The same thing when he was 5.....Mac&Cheese, somethings never change, but Tyler is getting close to 6 ft tall.

Montpelier, home of James Madison. The DuPont Family owned it, but it was given to the National Fund, and is in the process of being restored. The restoration should be finished in September 2008. I would like to go back and take the girls, the countryside is beautiful even on a cloudy day.
